What are your charges

Our charges are £75 for the first hour on site with you and in addition to this we give you in addition Some IT support companies break their charges down by job type (installing printer, adding memory, clean after virus' etc.) we don't. When we come to visit you, you ony pay for our time and we not only fix your problems but while with you we will give you a full system health check and where needed free advice in how to avoid the problem again and recommendation to help you in making the most of your IT

Do you charge for travel

What areas do you cover

We cover all London postcodes with London Underground Zones 1 to 4 and by arrangement Zones 5 - 6 and, depending on the work needed within the M25

There is no charge for travel within Zones 1 - 4 and only a small charge for anything outside this. If we do go outside Zone 6 we will agree a small charge for the additional travel

Can I bring my faulty equipment to you for repair

Yes. You're more than welcome to come to us with your defective hardware. See where we're based below. If by prior arrangement, we can if possible, fix it while you wait. Also we have on occasion fixed machines in coffee bars and pubs etc. if you ae rushed for time and your work lunch is the only time you have free, we will fit in with your schedule

Do you give a guaranty on any work you do for me?

We give a three-month guaranty on all the work we do so if the same problem or problems come back, we will return and fix them free of charge. Also, all our work is on a 'no fix, no fee' basis. As an example, if you have five problems on your system and for whatever reason we are unable to fix one of them, we don't charge you for the time we spent on that problem.

What can you repair

We work on any PC laptop, desktop or gaming rig, any Macintosh, printers and scanners (all makes), tablets, smart phone or anything else that you may need fixed

Do you offer remote support

Yes, we offer remote support and you can eother use software you are famaliar with like Teamviewer, or Microsoft Quick Assist. If you havn't done a remote support session before, don;t worry we'll show you how
